Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Canada
Peptide Supply (“CPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through
canadapeptidesupply.ca. By using the website or submitting an order, you
agree to these terms.

Research use only

All products sold by CPS are intended strictly for laboratory
research, in-vitro testing, and analytical reference purposes only. They
are not:

• Approved by Health Canada or another regulator for human
  consumption;
• Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical
  condition;
• Sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; or
• Intended for human or veterinary use.

By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research
or analytical purposes and accept responsibility for proper handling,
storage, use, and disposal.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase
and possess the products in your province or territory. We may decline
or cancel an order when we reasonably believe these requirements are not
met.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images,
concentrations, availability, and pricing accurately. Images are
illustrative and packaging may change. Batch-specific analytical results
take precedence over general website descriptions where applicable.

Prices and taxes

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Product prices and shipping charges are displayed before an order is
  submitted.
• Any tax that applies to an order will be shown at checkout.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected
  unpaid order. If payment has already been received, we will contact you
  and issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled at the correct
  price.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order
acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. We may
accept, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of stock availability,
payment issues, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, listing errors, or
other reasonable operational concerns.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the
amount received for the cancelled items and any related shipping
charge.

Payment

• We currently accept Interac e-Transfer.
• Use the WooCommerce order number as the payment reference.
• An order is not considered paid until the funds have cleared in our
  account.
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.
• Products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Never send banking passwords or security credentials to CPS. We do
not require access to your online banking account.

Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada only.
• Standard Shipping is $24.99 CAD.
• Express Shipping is $49.99 CAD.
• Standard Shipping is free when the qualifying merchandise subtotal
  is at least $250 CAD.
• The available services, charges, and order total are shown at
  checkout.
• Tracking information is sent after an order is dispatched when
  tracking is available.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. CPS is not responsible
for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or an
incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Please review the separate Shipping & Returns Policy for damaged,
incorrect, delayed, or lost shipments.

Returns, replacements, and
refunds

Because the products are sterile research materials, all sales are
final except where:

• An item arrives damaged;
• The wrong item is supplied;
• The carrier confirms that the shipment was lost; or
• The item is materially inconsistent with its applicable Certificate
  of Analysis.

Opened, unsealed, used, reconstituted, contaminated, improperly
stored, or tampered-with products cannot be returned. Approved refunds
are issued by Interac e-Transfer to the original purchaser. Nothing in
these terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable
law.

Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis may be requested for an applicable batch.
Contact us with your order number and the batch number shown on the
product.

Customer accounts

Customers may check out as guests or create an optional account. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
details and for activity conducted through your account. Contact us
promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without
authorization.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the website or products:

• For an unlawful purpose;
• In violation of these research-use restrictions;
• To interfere with website security or operation;
• To misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or intended use; or
• To infringe the rights of CPS or another party.

Disclaimer and
limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Products are supplied for research purposes without a warranty of
  fitness for human or veterinary use.
• The purchaser assumes responsibility for handling, storage, research
  use, and disposal.
• CPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
  exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, an order, or
  product use.
• CPS’s aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the
  amount paid for that product.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be
excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable
federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before a court of
competent jurisdiction in Ontario, subject to any mandatory
consumer-protection rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as our website, operations, or legal
obligations change. The revised terms apply from the “Last updated” date
shown above and do not retroactively change an order already
accepted.
