Domestic shipping

Canada-wide, same-day.

We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day from our Toronto facility. Signature confirmation is available on request.

Standard · 1–3 business days

Free on orders over $200 CAD. $15 flat fee on orders under $200. Tracking included. Plain box, no branding.

Express · 1–2 business days

$24 flat rate. Full Canada coverage. Available on all orders regardless of size.

Cutoff time

Orders confirmed before 2pm ET Monday–Friday ship same business day. Orders after 2pm ET ship next business day.

Signature on delivery

Available for high-value orders or at customer request. Add to your order email and we will include it at no charge.

International

Canada only — for now.

We currently ship domestic Canada only. This is intentional: it keeps our supply chain simple, ensures cold-chain integrity from dispatch to delivery, and eliminates customs risk and border delays for our customers.

International shipping — USA, UK, EU — is on our roadmap. WhatsApp us to be notified when it launches or to discuss research institution arrangements.

Cold-chain

Cold-chain on every order — no exceptions.

April – October

All orders packed with an insulated mailer and a 72-hour gel pack. Maintains 2–8°C through transit in typical Canadian summer conditions.

November – March

Standard insulated mailer in winter months. Gel packs used when temperatures in origin or destination are forecasted above 10°C.

High-value orders

Orders over $500 CAD or those containing bulk GLP-1 compounds are shipped with dry-shipper material and priority courier to minimise transit time.

Discreet packaging

No branding outside. Ever.

✓ Plain white outer box — no CPS name, logo, or product information visible externally
✓ Generic shipping label with a mailing alias as the return address
✓ Inner packaging uses research-use-only labelling on vials and batch ID documentation
✓ Packing slip inside is formatted for research procurement — no consumer-facing language

Returns & replacements

Research products — no returns, but full replacement for issues.

Due to the nature of biochemical research materials, we cannot accept returns on products once shipped. However, we replace or refund in full for any of the following, with no restocking fee:

Damaged or compromised

Broken seal, cracked vial, or signs of temperature excursion. Photograph everything and message us on WhatsApp within 14 days. Full replacement, no charge.

Mis-shipped product

Wrong compound, dosage, or quantity vs. your confirmed order. We reship the correct product immediately and arrange collection of the wrong item at our cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after dispatch, contact us. We open a carrier claim and reship. You do not wait for the claim to resolve.

Lost packages — our process

Tracking shows no movement? Here’s what to do.

Wait 7 full business days from your dispatch confirmation email — Canada Post occasionally has tracking update delays, not actual delivery failures.
If there is still no movement after 7 business days, WhatsApp +1 (416) 303-6969 with your order number and tracking ID.
We open a Canada Post trace request and reship your order within 1 business day — you do not wait for the trace to complete.
If the original order is subsequently delivered after reshipment, let us know and we will arrange return of the extra package.
