How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalog and select the compound and dosage you need. All orders begin with a WhatsApp message to +1 (416) 303-6969. Include the product name, dosage variant, quantity, and your shipping province. We confirm availability, pricing, and payment details within one business hour.

How long does shipping take inside Canada?

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship same-day from our Toronto facility. Standard Canada Post delivery is 1–3 business days to Ontario and Quebec, 3–5 business days to western provinces and Atlantic Canada. Express 1–2 day service is available at a flat rate.

What is the free shipping threshold?

Domestic Canada orders over $200 CAD ship free via standard service. Orders under $200 CAD incur a flat $15 shipping fee. Express shipping is available at $24 flat. International shipping is not currently available — domestic Canada only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). All card payments are processed through SSL-secured, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store card data. NET-30 terms are available for qualifying wholesale and clinic accounts.

How is the order packaged?

All orders ship in plain white outer packaging with no external CPS branding. The shipping label uses a generic return address. Inner packaging includes insulated mailers and gel packs (April through October). Every vial is sealed, labelled with batch ID, and cold-chain verified.

Is there a COA for every batch?

Yes. Every lot of every peptide is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory. COAs are linked on each product page. Clinic and wholesale accounts may also request the full analytical report including raw chromatogram data.

What does the testing cover?

Our standard testing includes HPLC purity analysis (≥99% threshold) and ESI mass spectrometry identity confirmation. We also report net peptide content (NPC) — the actual peptide mass corrected for water and counter-ion content. Endotoxin testing (LAL method) is available on request.

How can I verify the COA is genuine?

Every COA is issued by a named third-party laboratory with the lab’s contact details included. You can contact the lab directly with the batch ID to confirm the analysis was performed by their facility. See our full COA policy for more.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilised peptides are stable for up to 24 months at −20°C. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, most peptides are stable for 28 days at 2–8°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and direct light. Each product page includes compound-specific storage guidance.

What is the shelf life / expiration policy?

Lyophilised peptides carry a minimum 12-month shelf life from the date of dispatch. Most batches have 18–24 months remaining at point of sale. The expiry date is printed on each vial and appears on the COA. We do not ship product with fewer than 6 months remaining.

Research-use framework, age verification, and returns.

What does “research use only” mean?

Products sold by Canada Peptide Supply are classified and sold as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference only. They are not approved by Health Canada for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. This is consistent with Health Canada’s framework for compounds sold without therapeutic claims or a Drug Identification Number (DIN).

Is there age verification?

Yes. By purchasing from Canada Peptide Supply, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and are acquiring these products for legitimate research purposes only. We may request institutional affiliation or professional credentials for large or repeat orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship domestic Canada only — all 10 provinces and 3 territories. This keeps our supply chain simple, ensures cold-chain integrity, and eliminates customs risk for our customers. International shipping may be added in a future phase.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No prescription is required to purchase research peptides for in-vitro, non-human research purposes. Products are sold in their research-grade classification. If you are a clinic or practitioner seeking to use these compounds in a clinical or patient-facing context, consult your provincial regulatory college before purchasing.

What is your returns and replacement policy?

Research-grade products cannot be returned once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, with a compromised seal, or with the wrong product, we will replace it in full at no cost — no restocking fee, no questions asked. Document with photographs and contact us within 14 days. Lost packages with no tracking movement after 7 business days are reshipped.

How do I apply for a wholesale or clinic account?

Visit our wholesale page or clinic program page to submit an application. We review every application within one business day. Wholesale starts at 10 units (20% off). Clinic program offers 15% ongoing with no per-order minimum.

What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?

The entry-level wholesale tier starts at 10 units — any mix of SKUs. At 10+ units you receive 20% off published retail pricing. Volume tiers at 50 units (30% off) and 200 units (40% off) are available for accounts that can commit to those volumes per order.

How does NET-30 qualification work?

NET-30 terms are available to clinic accounts averaging $1,000 CAD/month or more over a rolling 3-month period, and to bulk partner wholesale accounts (200+ units/order) after a 90-day credit review. We reach out proactively when your account qualifies.
